Ground Rules

Our top ten ground rules that we agreed on from the beginning of the semester:

-gather every Thursday at 11 am by the lake to keep up and update on the assignment.

- The meeting duration does not exceed 1 hour.

-Areej will be the group leader, and whatever tasks she assigns we will take.

-When there is a disagreement and we are not reaching to any conclusions, we will flip a coin to finalize our discussion.

- All criticism that is said must be respectful and actually is something that can be changed. For example, You should fix the grammar mistakes, I think it would be better to use another picture. But not like: Change your clothes, I don’t like your makeup

- The assignment will be submitted 24 hours before the deadline.

- Ignoring messages, and calls, and not responding will lead to us contacting the instructor.

- Anyone who spots a mistake shall say it in the group in a respectful manner so we can change it as soon as possible. Don’t be shy to call out mistakes.

- If there is any circumstance where a group member cannot attend a meeting, they have to inform us at least 1 hour before our meeting time.

- There must be a weekly agenda created by our group leader (Areej) and sent to us every Sunday.
